Whether you’re an athlete or a weekend warrior, chances are, you’re not old and worn out. You’re probably doing much more than other people you work with..unless your job is being a coach or a professional athlete.
You’re pushing your body to extremes that others flinch at. You have high standards in your performance...as you should...and you want more out of your training. That’s probably why you work so hard in the first place. You’re getting results but you want more.
With over 30 years of experience in movement as a dancer and rehearsal/movement coach I have developed an eye for proper biomechanics. Completing my L1 Crossfit Coach certification and becoming a hands-on therapist, working primarily with athletes since 2014, I have become more than acquainted with recurring injury patterns in weightlifting athletes.
